Who we are

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry, we receive what you enter in the form: your name, organisation, role, e-mail address, phone number, country, area of interest and message.

We use it to answer your enquiry. If an engagement follows, we also use it for the know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering checks the law requires.

Lawful basis

We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our work. Checks made before an engagement rest on our legal obligations.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 24 months after our last contact, unless an engagement follows and the law requires us to keep the records longer.

Who processes it for us

The website and its enquiry form are run for us by our website provider, which processes the form messages on our behalf under a data processing agreement, and the site is delivered through Cloudflare. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Our website provider operates in the European Union, which UK law recognises as giving adequate protection to personal data.

This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising.

You may ask for access to, correction of or erasure of your data, or object to its use, by writing to inquiries@scc-c.com.
